Reseller: Resellers are “users” who buy large amounts of credits and resell them to end users with a price and enjoy a fixed profit set by us.

If you want to become a reseller, you have to deposit (add fund) a minimum of 1000 USD in your account balance, after that you use this money to buy credits at the set price for Reseller. There is no maximum, but the same lowest limit applies to every subsequent purchase, not just the first purchase you make. Credits are non-refundable.

How long can you be a reseller?

After the first deposit (add fund) , the system grants you a reseller status for 6 months, which is updated every time you make a new transaction (worth 1000 USD or more).

Example:

If you deposit 1000 USD on 1st January, you will hold a reseller license form 1st May. In that period, if you make another purchase on 15th March, you can retain your status as a reseller from 15th March plus four month, so until 15th July.

Don’t worry, If you have credits remaining in your account when your license expires, you can still keep them, they won’t get lost, only your reseller status is inactive until your next purchase. All the credits can be used for any features we offer as well as unlock phones.

How much do credits cost and at what price can you sell them as a reseller?

To ensure everyone has a fair profit and interest, credits have to be sold at an approved price margin or higher.

Credit price list is show at https://samtool.org/buy online store  – it is a fixed price, there are no permanent discounts, only short-term ones, and resellers have to adjust their pricing to this standard.

Resellers can buy credits at a fixed 20% to 50% discount rate compared to end-user prices. The discount is always the same regardless the purchased amount, so if you buy more, you can gain more, but the discount rate stays the same.

Example:

1000 Credits: 1000 x 1 USD = 1000 USD. A 50% discount applies, which is 500 USD in this case, so resellers actually pay 500 USD for 1000 credits, and thus they can make a profit of 500 USD.

Reasons for exclusion from the reseller network regardless purchases and other factors:

- There had been a PayPal claim on the account

- Selling credits at a price under 3% less than the end-user rates of samtool.org on three consecutive occasions. We are constantly monitoring the market, carrying out test purchases and collecting information from users, so it is not worth cheating !

- Outstanding debt towards the distributors, unjustified complaints, PayPal or credit card claim
